When we connect to our selves by means of meditation, mindfulness, breathing, movement – anything that slows us down and brings our awareness to our senses, our breath, our heartbeat – we experience clarity. This happens because we move and process our subtle energies.
Subtle energies are the powerhouse or the source behind our existence. Before we say or do something, thoughts and emotions happen first. Thoughts and emotions carry energy.
Emotions are energy in motion.
Thoughts have electrical impulses.
When we experience suppressed (conscious) or repressed (unconscious) thoughts and emotions, they create blockages within our energetic and physical bodies. These two ‘bodies’ are not separate for everything is energy.
A blockage in our energetic body soon creates a blockage in our physical body. Layers of blockages create complex dis-ease in our physical body, mental state of mind (feeling like your thoughts, heart and actions are not coherent) and life.
When we work our ourselves, we lovingly address and release these traumas and blockages. We strengthen our connections with our hearts and our self. The best tool to support this is having clarity. Ask yourself “What feels most loving in this moment now?”
With clarity in your heart guiding you, you will soon experience clarity on other levels – energetic, mental, emotional and physical clarity. This translates to things such as clearer health, clearer thoughts, clearer relationships…

A Tuning Fork Healing session offers to balance and energise the seven chakra points in your energetic body. Vibration energy is created with the use of premium tuning forks, tuned to the Solfeggio frequencies. These frequencies, which correspond to the seven chakras, balance the chakras and resonate with our cells on a physical level. Book a session here.
