Healing Offers
Pure Energy Healing
Light and love energy is channeled towards your being to facilitate healing within yourself. I channel pure energy with pure intentions and do not use my own energy. Other nature tools such as crystals, plants (e.g. palo santo, sage, healing oils), etc. may be used. This is a no-touch modality.
I offer pure energy healing in the United States – Taos and Questa, NM and the surrounding areas. Alternatively, sessions can be conducted through video calls.
Tuning Fork Sound Healing
Solfeggio energy tuning forks are used in their own session, or as part of a Pure Energy Healing session. They are used to balance and harmonize the chakras and energy system, bringing the body back to its fundamental pulse. The Solfeggio frequencies are precisely chosen frequencies (hertz or Hz, measuring the number of times something repeats/oscillates/vibrates in a second) that have possible healing effects. It is a no-touch modality.
Movement, Breath and Meditation
Each session is personalized and may be co-created. A combination of the three will be used towards a pre-chosen or intuitively-chosen healing goal. To move and transmute energies.
Lymphology: Body and Food (knowledge, techniques)
I do not and cannot diagnose nor prescribe anything. I am able to share and guide you based on my understanding and learnings from Don Tolman, Dr. Robert Morse and Dr. Samuel C. West (International Academy of Lymphology). Their teachings include using nature-made foods to allow the body to heal itself and physical/energetic self-techniques to support its healing.
Light Heart Healing oils (essential oil blends)
Crafted using some of the best pure essential and carrier oils from around our earth. Connect to and heal from the physical qualities of the oils and the light and love energy placed in them. Available in 5ml rollerballs, 10ml rollerballs and 30ml dropper bottles (glass). A little goes a long way!

Experiences in Healing
During a yoga teacher training, we did a meditation practice with a partner, taking turns to lead. As we were doing it, I noticed a tremendous but subtle amount of energy I could work with. It led to a heart-felt session for my partner who had an emotional release. It was wonderful even though we did not know exactly what happened.
Following that, I spent a lot of time in meditation and an opening of energy happened within me. This personal experience is a humble connection I lean back into every day.
Later on, I learnt Pure Energy Healing and that gave me a better understanding of the energies that surround us, which we can work with. I went on to learn about the healing that takes place on a physical level through Tolman Univercity and the International Academy of Lymphology. I combine these various healing modalities and personal experiences to offer a humble way towards clarity in our minds, heart and body.
My goal is clear. It is to help form and strengthen the connection a person has with their Self. This becomes self-love. From here, one can listen and tune in to their inner self, heart and higher self and know what it is they need any time.
