What is Pure Energy Healing?
Pure Energy Healing is a practice of connecting with and channeling pure energy from source. This is a place of light and love and not from a practioner’s personal energy. In my practice, I focus on the Sun’s powerful energy.
While focus is required of the healing practitioner, the process of pure energy healing is like a meditation, where the healer is tuning in to and open to sensations/knowings in the body of what is needed during a session while holding the space of light love. It taps into intuition and each session is therefore unique.
Once in a meditative state, energy is directed through the hands towards the body. There is no physical contact. This makes it possible to hold a healing session in-person, in the same room but sat far from a client and at an even greater distance.
From the pure energy healing perspective, our body is a light being. At times, connections and points within the body light grid weaken/are blocked, feeling like there is less energy or muddy. Directing energy releases blockages and encourages energy to flow. Sending energy to these points in the body helps the switches to click back and the whole light grid turns back on again. This technique is reinforced with other techniques such as visualisation, breathing and tools.
Often times, a healer may say, “I am guided to…” and guidance comes in the form of connecting to light and love, going inwards and listening.
My healing tools include plant oils, sprays, incense, crystals and tuning forks. I may use a deck of tarot cards (Carl-W.Rohrig’s Tarot).
What can I expect during a session?
You focus on breathing while I do the work.
Most people go into deep rest during a session. Some people may be very present during the session and go through a release of some form. Your experience takes place in a safe space, lying on a healing bed.
In both cases, it is important to take your time after a session and be open to receiving light and love, positive changes, for your highest good.

When you book your first session, you can request for me to give you a call prior to your visit so you may ask me any questions and confirm the session. Alternatively, you may email me at lighthearthome8@gmail.com should you have any questions.
A Pure Energy Healing session lasts 60 minutes but each booking made will be for 90 minutes to give you time to ease in and out of the experience.
In the event you have to reschedule a booking, reply to the email/phone number in the confirmation email and we can reschedule it to your next available date. Please inform me as soon as you can and the earlier the better.
If you need to cancel a session entirely and get a refund, please let me know 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Alternatively, you may choose to reschedule your session.

Are you qualified to offer energy healing sessions?
I have been offering Pure Energy Healing since 2021. I trained with Mark Bajerski and Leila Satie at the Pure Energy Healing Academy. I complement my practice with other healing modalities and maintain a strong personal practice.
It is important to note that Pure Energy Healing should not replace your doctor’s advice and that I am not a medical professional.
To keep up with best practices, I am a member of the IICT (International Institute for Complementary Therapists) and keep my practice insured.
Do I need to prepare for a session?
To best enjoy your session, come in comfortable clothing. If possible, avoid the use of strong perfumes as well.
Kindly refrain from any intoxicating or mind-altering substance 24 hours before and after your session. If you do consume any, it would be best to reschedule the session.
How frequent should I schedule a session?
There is no recommended number of sessions. I am happy to welcome you when you feel like you would like a pure energy healing session.
What happens if I am unable to make my appointment?
You have the option to reschedule it to the next available date or to cancel it. Kindly inform me 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
Do you offer healing sessions online or absent healing sessions?
Yes. The energy directed in a healing session can take place without a person being in the same room.
For online healing sessions, a device that supports Zoom is required. For absent healing sessions, a name is required.
Do you offer healing sessions to people who are pregnant?
While Pure Energy Healing is a form of energy work that comes from absolute pure light and love, I do not offer healing sessions to expectant mothers due to the possible sensitive nature of the situation. However, I will be happy to guide you/the person through giving yourself/themself pure energy healing.
Do you offer healing sessions to someone not feeling well?
If you are feeling extremely ill, it is best to first recuperate at home. Listen to your body and know it can heal, especially when given the right support it needs. I will be happy to reschedule a session if you are unable to make it. Reach out to me so I can find out how best to support you.

Pure Energy Healing is not a medical practice. It works on subtle energies that affect your physical, mental, emotional and subtle layers/bodies.
What payment methods do you take?
I can receive payment in cash, debit/credit cards and through Zelle.
How much does each session cost?
Each Pure Energy Healing session is $60.
